In accordance with point 3.9 of the Notice of Race, the event quota has been exceeded on 14 February 2010 in the Womens Match Racing, with 38 applications from 17 nations. The entry allocation and explanation of the process is shown in the ONB section of the website

The press office of the Trofeo S.A.R. Princesa Sofia Mapfre de 2010 will be based at Club Nautic Arenal, the venue of most Olympic classes. The Organising Committee has made this decision following the requests of a large number of journalists. Under the direction of Elena Pipo and Neus Jordi, the press office will have internet access besides offering the following services: press accreditaion, press boat for photographers, official photographer service, etc .. .

The online entry system for both competitors and coaches has been activated. Invited sailors must use a different entry procedure and must contact the organisers at info@trofeoprincesasofia.org.

The 41st Trofeo SAR Princesa SofÃÂa MAPFRE has been presented today at the Barcelona International Boat Show. It is the most International Olympic classes event in Spain and is also part of the ISAF Sailing World Cup, a circuit formed by the top seven Olympic classes events in the world.
